Anesthesia Imaging Access Pre-Procedure
Usually MAC to start US, Fluoro, Carto, Possibly ICE

Generally, Dr. Hongo's SVT's start conservatively, ie 2x8f and a CS for diagnosis. His notes tend to offer more information about the arrhythmia, which can effect drop list. The following is a basic list that could be expanded upon depending on the procedure.

  • (4) SLEEVES OF EKG DOTS
  • (3) CHLORAPREP STICKS

Open onto sterile table

  • (1) ACT/ISO TUBING
  • (1) IOBAN 35X35
  • (1) US SLEEVE
  • (1) RAD-PAD
  • (1) 34-12 CS CABLE

Standby
