Generally, Dr. Hongo's SVT's start conservatively, ie 2x8f and a CS for diagnosis. His notes tend to offer more information about the arrhythmia than Dr. Hao's, which can inform your drop list. The following is a basic list that could be expanded upon depending on the specific procedure.

  • It's a good idea to have equipment standing by for any diagnosis, ie 4mmF/SR0 for avnrt, transeptal equipment for left sided AT/AVRT, etc. This may vary depending on suspected diagnosis. Typically, you can refer to Dr. Hongo's note in Epic for information on the arrhythmia.
