(cut stopcock off UreSil and attach very snug onto 5/1 attachment for transport only - tight fit but works)
Closed Wound Continuous Antibiotic Irrigation:
Two 24F Blake Drains
Vancomycin 1gm + Gentamicin 80mg in 1L NS at infusion rate 200mL/hr, connected to low wall suction.
