-The Avier 5-lead is located below the St. Jude Programmer. It only works with the larger/older St. Jude Programmer.
Prior to device interrogation/reprogramming:
1) Turn RF generator off
2) Turn Amp off
3) Turn magnet off (keep PIU on)
Out of the two torso diagrams on the 5-lead box, use the one on the left (patient cable 3625) to place the leads.
The Aveir Programmer will read N/A for 1-2 min after turning the magnet off if Amp & RF generator are already off, then you will be able to interrogate/reprogram.
- If you're still unable to interrogate the Aveir, try turning the defibrillator off.
