Renal Denervation Equipment – Cardiac Cath lab – CPMC ▪ Cath pack for femoral access ▪ Accist equipment ▪ Micropuncture ▪ Ultrasound for vascular access ▪ 2 sterile sleeves (1 for ultrasound, 1 for Simplicity remote control) ▪ 6 French Pinnacle sheath – 10 cm (or equivalent) ▪ 6 French short guide (55 cm – JR4, IMA,RDN1, RDC) ▪ 0.014” Coronary guidewire – Ironman or operator preference ▪ Copilot Tuohy-Borst adapter with guide wire introducer ▪ USB 2.0 flash drive, FAT32 formatted with minimum 100 MB available space ▪ Medtronic Spyral Catheter ▪ Medtronic Simplicity Generator (with remote control) ▪ Dispersive electrode – Covidien ValleyLabM REM Polyhesive models E7507 or E7507DB ▪ Perclose (or other preferred closure device) Meds: ▪ Heparinized saline ▪ Heparin IV solution 1,000 units/mL ▪ Nitroglycerin 100 mg/mL ▪ Benadryl IV ▪ Midazolam IV ▪ Fentanyl IV ▪ Atropine (readily available on standby)
