  • Standard TAVR backtable setup
  • 8F Sheath
  • 150 J
  • 260J
  • Safari
  • Alligator Clip Pacing cable
  • 6F Angled Pigtail
  • 0 Prolene
  • Micropuncture (for woggle only)
  • Perclose and Nu-Knit

Standby:

  • 8.5F Agilis or TourGuide
  • Double-pump-valve-cracker setup for BVF
  • 6F balloon wedge
  • 5F balloon tip pacer

Pacing - 25 Output, 140-200bpm

Procedure

  1. Single Venous access
  2. Pre-close
  3. 8F Sheath inserted
  4. Pigtail and J wire advanced to RV
  5. J wire exchanged for Safari
  6. Sheath exchanged for E Sheath
  7. Valve delivery system advanced
  8. Pacer tested
  9. Valve deployed
  10. Safari exchanged for J wire
  11. Perclose completed and woggle placed.
  12. Voila.
