• 8F Sheath
• 150 J
• 260J
• Safari
• Alligator Clip Pacing cable
• 6F Angled Pigtail
• 0 Prolene
• Micropuncture
• Perclose x 1

Standby:

• Sizing Balloon?
• 5F MPA
• 8.5F TourGuide
• Agilis
• 6F balloon wedge
• Pacing Supplies

PVL Closure:

• Plug Cart in room. May be ASO, Cardioform, or AVP2
• Standard Glidewire for crossing
• Amplatz ES if using Trevisio/Torqvue

Procedure

1. IJ accessS
2. Single preclose
3. Certitude Sheath Advanced
4. Pigtail and J wire advanced to RV
5. J wire exchanged for Safari
   • Shave back of Safari for pacing
6. Valve delivery system advanced
7. Pacer tested
8. Valve deployed
9. Safari exchanged for J wire
10. Perclose completed and woggle placed.
11. Voila.
