Brachytherapy
Brachytherapy utilizes a sealed-source beta emitter placed in a coronary artery to treat persistent in-stent restenosis. Expect multiple complex PCI techniques to be employed: Laser, OCT, Shockwave, and Rotablator are common elements of this procedure.
