These cases are to be done in Lab 1 with bi-plane. Femoral access.
DD will wire the coronaries instead of using "puff's" of contrast to find the take off. Once vessel is wired with runthrough he will take a RAO/CRA & Spider view of the LCA and LAO & RAO of RCA. Goal is to keep contrast under 10 ml's for entire procedure.
