- Fluoro drape
- Amplatz guide wire 180cm
- Amplatz guide wire 1cm Tip
- Glide wire
- Torque device
- C2 catheter
- Angled Glide catheter
- MPB
- (2) 45cm Destination sheath (ask MD for French size)
- CO2
- Sotradecol or Sodium Tetradecyl Sulfate (STS) & Lipiodol – Pharmacy*
Standby
- 5.5 Fogarty balloon
- Occlusion balloon
Drugs mixture (Dare)
- 3-way stopcock
- (2) 20ml syringes (for STS & Lipiodol)
- 10cc syringe for CO2
- Attach 3-way stopcock and mix both 20cc syringes.
