  • Load ACT machine, cuvettes, dry erase pen, lidocaine bottle opener onto scrub table for transport
  • Pre-pull gear from EP 4 or 5 for case:
  • Put Temp Pacing Box on scrub table (JSN + cut quad cable + adaptor are already on aux cart)
  • Bring VGA cable from foot of bed in lab 4 or 5 for rep programmer, plug into 4in1 equipment boom
  • Check OR14 for surgicount + its pole/holster
  • Check OR 14 for Anesthesia lead shield, bring Nursing lead shiheld with pt info
  • Bring Main Laser Lead Cart and put in position
  • Bring Aux Laser Lead Cart and put in position
  • Bring Laser and put in position, plug into port on boom across room, calibrate
  • Set Anesthesia shield in place before moving Xray arm into position
  • Set Xray arm in position before patient is in the room (30 deg - option 6)
  • Set Neptune in position
  • Set Venue in position
  • Set screens at foot of bed (move to patient right after groin access complete)
  • Set Defib + Bovie (or plasma) on foot of bed, plug in below table, bovie to 30/30
  • Xray controls + lead skirts to patient left table rail (if left sided extraction)
