- LHC/Coros/IVUS week 6 post op.
- Monthly RHC w/ Biopsy starting 3 months post until 6 months for combined heart/kidney transplants, single organ transplants +/- pending Allomap score (blood test, non-invasive rejection surveillance.
- Starting months 8 post transplant, Transplant office determines the need for RHC/biopsy based on non-invasive study (Allomap).
- Annual post heart transplant evaluation include RHC/LHC/Coros/IVUS for patients less than 3 years post.
- Annual post heart transplant evaluation for patients 3 years and out include RHC/LHC/Coros NO IVUS.
