- Standard Glidewire for crossing
- Amplatz ES if using Trevisio/Torqvue
Procedure
- IJ accessS
- Single preclose
- Certitude Sheath Advanced
- Pigtail and J wire advanced to RV
- J wire exchanged for Safari
- Shave back of Safari for pacing
- Valve delivery system advanced
- Pacer tested
- Valve deployed
- Safari exchanged for J wire
- Perclose completed and woggle placed.
- Voila.
