ROUGH DRAFT: Loop Implant Procedure Workflow

Patient Identification and Pre-Procedure Check

o Confirm patient’s full name and date of birth using two identifiers

o Verify and document allergies

o Verify procedure and consent form is signed and complete


Patient Preparation

o Walk patient to ACU bathroom
