  • Fluoro drape
  • Amplatz guide wire 180cm
  • Amplatz guide wire 1cm Tip
  • Glide wire
  • Torque device
  • C2 catheter
  • Angled Glide catheter
  • MPB
  • (2) 45cm Destination sheath (ask MD for French size)
  • CO2
  • Sotradecol or Sodium Tetradecyl Sulfate (STS) & Lipiodol – Pharmacy*


Standby

  • 5.5 Fogarty balloon
  • Occlusion balloon


Drugs mixture (Dare)

  • 3-way stopcock
  • (2) 20ml syringes (for STS & Lipiodol)
  • 10cc syringe for CO2
  • Attach 3-way stopcock and mix both 20cc syringes.
