-Patient intubated/paralyzed (long acting) throughout procedure
-No foley
-Antibiotics per woods protocol (only w/device, implants etc.)
-Fluoro
-ACT must be > 300 prior to (catheter insertion? confirm w/md)
From Pyxis:
-no protamine to start, but ask near end of case.
-famotidine
-lidocaine/bupivicaine

- (1x) heparin premixed (25,000/250mL)
