From Pyxis:
-Case by case basis for protamine
-No famotidine
-bupivicaine
- (2x) heparin vials (10,000 u/10mL)
- (1x) heparin premixed (25,000/250mL)
- for typical AFL PFA: Nitro - 250ml bottle of 200mcg/ml
