- Fluoro drape
- Probe cover
- Micro puncture Kit
- Turtle shell cover
- 5Fr x 11 sheath or 6Fr
- 6Fr x 40cm or 55cm sheath
- Glide wire 260cm
- Glide wire 260cm stiff
- RIM catheter
- Glidecath 5Fr x 100cm
- Glidwire 180cm (DN for access)
- Morse syringe (2 for DN)
- Contrast injection line (attach to contrast syringe for DN)
- Big bowl (bird bath for DN)
- Starclose or Celt Closure device
Standby
- Checkflo
- Quickross
- Indeflator
- Balloons (Mustang, Ranger or Sterling)

Set up
- Will stand opposite of affected leg if plan is to go “up and over”

- Stiff glidewire 180cm
- Large bowl (birdbath) with saline

- Turbo Elite 1.4, 1.7, 2.0 catheters (sterile core cabinet with Viabhan stents)
