  • Turtle shell cover
  • 5Fr x 11 sheath or 6Fr
  • 6Fr x 40cm or 55cm sheath
  • Glide wire 260cm
  • Glide wire 260cm stiff
  • RIM catheter
  • Glidecath 5Fr x 100cm
  • Glidwire 180cm (DN for access)
  • Morse syringe (2 for DN)
  • Contrast injection line (attach to contrast syringe for DN)
  • Big bowl (bird bath for DN)
  • Starclose or Celt Closure device

  • Checkflo
  • Quickross
  • Indeflator

Set up

  • Will stand opposite of affected leg if plan is to go “up and over”

  • Morse syringe (for Lidocaine)
  • (2) K-50 tubing (for contrast)
  • Stiff glidewire 180cm
  • Large bowl (birdbath) with saline


Hong

LASER

  • Turbo Elite 1.4, 1.7, 2.0 catheters (sterile core cabinet with Viabhan stents)
  • Located outside EP Sterile Core (back hallway)
