PVL Closure:
- Plug Cart in room. May be ASO, Cardioform, or AVP2
- Standard Glidewire for crossing

Procedure
- IJ access
- Single preclose
- Certitude Sheath Advanced
- Pigtail and J wire advanced to RV
- J wire exchanged for Safari
- Shave back of Safari for pacing
- Valve delivery system advanced
