Procedure for placing a plug between 2 Mitraclips in the same setting:
- 8F sheath and 260cm J inserted through guide delivery system.
- Guide delivery system removed, 20F dryseal inserted
- Agilis inserted
- Preload Shuttle sheath with glidewire and advance through agilis
- Glidewire used to cross between plugs and removed with shuttle dilator.
- 5F sheath inserted into shuttle in lieu of using torqvue delivery sideport
- Transition between shuttle and torqvue insertion isn't flush so occluder starts to deploy if sheath not used
