ADOII
Equipment:
- 260cm J Wire
- 20F Dryseal
- Agilis
- 5F 110cm Shuttle Sheath (dependent on plug size)
- 5F 10cm Pinnacle Sheath
- Straight glidewire (standard)
- 180* torqvue (French size not important here, only using for the cable.)
Procedure for placing a plug between 2 Mitraclip in the same setting:
- 8F sheath and 260cm J inserted through guide delivery system.
- Guide delivery system removed, 20F dryseal inserted
- Agilis inserted
- Preload Shuttle sheath with glidewire and advance through agilis
- Glidewire used to cross between plugs and removed with shuttle dilator.
- 5F sheath inserted into shuttle in lieu of using torqvue delivery sideport
- Transition between shuttle and torqvue insertion isn't flush so occluder starts to deploy if sheath not use

- Amplatz ES
- Amplatz SS
- Rosen Wire
- 5F MP
- 7F Shuttle - dilator used inside Cardioform sheath
- Flexcath- ***flexcath $150, Agilis $900***
- 20F Dryseal
- 20mm Snare- snare dilator to angle toward valve
