*Faller trocar FT-1100 
*Mini cap Extended Life PD Transfer set 
*Betadine cap for end of case (NOT STERILE) 
*Hep lock catheter before patient leaves the room (2000 units of Heparin /18ml of Hep saline) 
*Attach Betadine cap
