*Light handle cover

*Raytex 
*Sutures (see MD preference below) 
*Pickups 
*Exofin 
*Ioban 
*8Fr Powerport (check with MD) 

 

==Bronzo== 
*Do not connect catheter on the port 
*Stratafix 3.0 & Stratafix 4.0 (or ask) 
*No dressing, leave it open.
*Syringe->0->tubing->Tunneler
*Cap on tubing, port will be at zero

#Micropuncture and wire
#Pocket
#Tunnel north
#.035 wire -> peel away
#Catheter goes in
#Pullback under fluoro and cut
#Hookup and close


==Dare==
*3-0 Vicryl 
*Connect catheter to the port 
*No dressing, leave it open 

 
==Raj== 
*Flow switch 
*3-0 Vicryl 
*Connect catheter to the port 
*Steri strips for incision site (cut small) for post dressing 

 

==Brittany==
*3.0 Vicryl 
*4-0 PS-2 Coated Vicryl 
*Connect catheter to the port 
*No dressing, leave it open
